Comcast Center is a 58-story, 1.4 million square foot tower that is one of Philadelphia’s tallest at 974-feet, and is also the corporate headquarters for Comcast. Lateral stability, for this 11,000 ton high-rise structure, is provided by a concrete core and a steel vierendeel truss.

CSD designed all of the connections for this project, including shear, axial, moment, brace and truss connections.
