Architectural precast panels were designed as cladding for the four story building, the three story building, and the connecting bridge of this project. The precast design included wall panels, column covers, flat spandrels and tub-shaped spandrels. The back-up structure varied from concrete beams and columns to steel frames to cast-in-place walls with a different connection scheme at each type.

Due to an existing transformer vault, a portion of two elevations was required to hang from the support structure rather than bear on a foundation wall. This required the design of innovative bracket and seat details.
