One World Trade Center

One World Trade Center is a 104-story, 3.5 million square foot skyscraper that is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.  Lateral stability for this 44,000 ton skyscraper is provided by a concrete core that encases steel braced towers.  The steel braced towers temporarily brace the structure during construction.

CSD designed the interior connections from the 21st to 93rd floors.  This includes shear, axial, moment and brace connections.
