150 NORTH RIVERSIDE

CSD redesigned the “Super Diagonals” from 30”x60” plate boxes filled with reinforced concrete to a steel only solution using the largest steel shape available, W36x925, reducing the schedule by 3 months.

EXXONMOBIL ENERGY CENTER

CSD provided construction engineering, erection sequencing, lifting, and temporary bracing for the Energy Center taking on the challenge of the 10,000-ton floating cube that appears to hover over a plaza below.

HONDA OF AMERICA MARYSVILLE PAINT SHOP

CSD was the Engineer of Record for the Building Superstructures of a multi-level, 750,000 square foot manufacturing facility used to paint Honda auto bodies.

LEHIGH CEMENT GRINDING FACILITY

CSD worked on the addition to a cement production facility located in California. This structure supports numerous conveyors and pieces of equipment including large material storage bins.

FISERV FORUM, HOME OF THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS

CSD provided connection design for the 714,000 sq. ft. sports and entertainment venue at the heart of downtown Milwaukee.

NUCOR CASTRIP

The 125 ft. tall Caster Bay building supports two 200 ton overhead cranes with crane runway plate girders spanning up to 126 feet, and required special seismic detailing.

NYS ROLL STORAGE BUILDING

CSD designed this 47,000 square foot rack building to support sizing rolls ranging from 28,000 to 51,000 pounds each.

ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER

CSD designed the interior connections from the 21st to 93rd floors on this 104-story, 3.5 million square foot skyscraper.
