STRUCTURAL ENGINEER – FULL TIME
CSD is hiring Structural Engineers to join our amazing team! We are seeking structural engineers eager to take on new engineering challenges and grow with our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand current building codes, engineering standards, and typical construction practices.
- Design structural building systems and components using engineering fundamentals, calculations, structural analysis software, and drafting/modeling software.
- Coordinate with designers to direct and assist with modeling and drawing production.
- Provide construction phase services such as shop drawing review and request for information.
- Occasional travel to project sites to gather information, investigate issues, or observe construction progress.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an Accredited College or University in Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering
- Master of Science Degree in Structural Engineering
- Proficient in Revit & use of structural analysis software
PREFERRED:
- A working knowledge of design drawings, building codes, technical standards, & specifications
- Experience
- Licensure
