Tim Bickel, PE, SE
Tim Bickel joined CSD in 2000. He was promoted to Associate in 2004, Senior Associate in 2006, and Principal in 2012. Tim has worked primarily on the design, analysis, and inspection of heavy industrial structures - including crane runways, mill buildings, equipment support structures, building foundations, and heavy equipment foundations.
He is a member of the AIST Cranes Committee and is chair of the Mill Buildings subcommittee which is responsible for AIST Technical Report #13 – Guide for the Design and Construction of Mill Buildings. He was also a member of the AISC Task Group on Fatigue.
Tim enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, home remodeling projects, cross-country drives with his wife, and is an active volunteer in his church.
