As Erection Engineer for the construction of the new hanger that supports the 115th Fighter Wing based at Traux Field in Madison, Wisconsin, CSD provided guidance for lifting, uprighting elements, and design of lift lugs, as well as stability analysis for the erection sequence.

The hangar provides new space for equipment, maintenance, and office space to support operations. The structure includes long span box trusses supported on “L-shaped” columns and vertical bents to frame out the hangar areas.

CSD provided the necessary documentation, reports, and data that are necessary for federal/government projects to our clients. This helped to minimize disruptions during construction and ensure an efficient submittal process.
