Adam Friedman, PE, SESenior Associate
Adam Friedman joined CSD in 2008. He was promoted to Associate in 2014 and Senior Associate in 2018. Adam has worked primarily on steel design and analysis for heavy industrial buildings, commercial structures, connection design, and miscellaneous steel (stairs, ladders, platforms). Additionally, his experience in construction engineering projects includes temporary bracing, erection planning, rigging design, heavy lift planning, hurricane contingency plans, and field modifications. He has also presented on stair design at AISC NASCC: The Steel Conference and in related webinars leading up to the release of Design Guide 34.
Adam enjoys volleyball, camping, and Brewers baseball games. He is the practitioner advisor for the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) ASCE Student Chapter, a lecturer at MSOE, volunteers at MSOE to assist with student competitions, and serves as a judge for Senior Design at MSOE. He is also involved with the MSOE Alumni Association.
